      There are two ways to print the information. The easiest way is to simply click the mouse in the section you want to print. For example, if you wanted to print the FAQs and ingredients from the Fibromyalgia page, simply click the mouse in the middle of the page somewhere. This in effect picks that frame as the active one, and when you tell the computer to print, it will print from the active frame.

      If you don't click in the section you want to print, you will most likely print the menu bar on the left of the screen, since this is most likely the last place you would have clicked the mouse on screen. The benefit of this is you won't end up printing the menu and logo, just the information you need.

      The second way to print information is to highlight the text you want to print by dragging the cursor over it. Then copy the text, open your word processor and paste the text into it. Then print from your word processing program as you normally would.

      The second method will get all the information, however it will not print pictures and will not format the information in the same way. So the nice layout you see in your browser with the ingredients in separate boxes will not reproduce using this method.

      Another funny thing might happen when you try to bookmark this site. Some browsers will only bookmark the location of the active frame (the last one you clicked in). If you open up a bookmark for this site and only see part of it, scroll to the bottom of the page and you'll see a line that says "If you reached this page through a bookmark, please click here. Simply click "there" and you'll get a new browser window with the full site in it. Or if your bookmark pulls up the menu bar on the right, simply click on the "HOME" button.
